For clients who wish to plan ahead and book a space in our diary without having all the wedding details finalised, a small non-refundable deposit of £150 is required. This deposit secures your booking and guarantees a production date. The remaining balance will be invoiced once you approve the final drafts.
*If you need your stationery urgently, please let us know at the time of submitting your quote request. We understand that sometimes deadlines are tight, and we are committed to accommodating your needs whenever possible. For urgent orders, an express charge of £150 will be applicable. This ensures that we can prioritise your order and deliver it within the required time frame, subject to availability

Once you have received your personalised quote, please ensure you get in touch with us within 30 days to confirm your booking. This timely response helps us secure your booking and ensure the best possible experience for you.

Upon confirmation, we will send you a booking form. This form is essential as it allows us to capture all the important details related to your booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is not an additional charge; instead, it is deductible from your final balance.

Preparing your stationery order
​
Creating your wedding stationery is an exciting journey, and we're here to guide you through every step of the way. Here's what you can expect from our process:

We will contact you within 8-10 weeks before we begin creating your stationery. During this time, we'll confirm all the final details, such as: wordings, colours and finishing touches, and quantities required. Don't worry if you're unsure of any of these elements as we are here to help.
​
Before we send your stationery to print, we will provide you with a draft copy. It’s crucial to review this draft carefully for: spellings, grammar and accuracy of details such as dates and timings. We include three complimentary rounds of changes, allowing you to make adjustments as needed. Should further changes be necessary, they will be charged at a rate of £25 per round.

Once you're satisfied with the draft and give us the green light, we’ll send you the final invoice. We will commence the production of your stationery immediately upon receiving your payment.

Creating your stationery order

Your choice of collection style and finishing touches plays a significant role in the time required to create and assemble your semi-bespoke stationery. Once we have received your final payment, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks to create your stationery. During this time, great care and precision is applied to each piece to ensure your stationery is perfect!

Receiving your stationery order
​​
We know that planning a wedding takes a lot of time and so we want to help our clients. This is why we offer a free pre-assemble service on all our orders. All invitations will be assembled and placed into envelopes ready for you to add postage and send on to your guests.
We have tailored our delivery options to ensure your invitations reach you efficiently and safely:
​​
• Local orders: If you are located within the Aberdeen / Aberdeenshire area, your orders will be delivered by hand.
​
• UK orders: For those outside the local area but still within the UK, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (48 hours) or a similar courier service to deliver your invitations securely.​
​
• International orders: For clients outside the UK, shipping fees and arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Please note that clients are responsible for any customs or duties that may apply.
​
To provide both you and ourselves with peace of mind, we will send you an email confirmation once your order is in the post. This email will include all tracking details, so you can monitor its progress and ensure it arrives on time.
​
Once you receive your stationery, it's time to add postage and send them on to your guests. After that, you can relax and focus on enjoying your special day!
