GET BOOKED IN
​
Get booked into our diary by sending us a confirmation email. We will send you a booking form to allow us to capture all of those important details.
To secure your production dates we will require a 50% deposit - deductible from your final balance (see T & C's).
There will still be time to make any changes so don't worry about finalising your stationery at this point - we will do that before we go into production.

PREPARING YOUR STATIONERY
​
We will contact you between 10-8 weeks before your production date to confirm those final details. Don't worry if you're not sure on wordings, colours, numbers etc. as we can guide you through this.

We will send over a proof copy for you to check before we send your stationery over to our printers. It's important that you check all of the details, spellings and grammar are correct.
We allow up to 3 rounds of changes before we go to print.
When you've confirmed you're happy for us to send your stationery to print, you will receive your final invoice which we require to be paid to enable us to go to print.

CREATING YOUR STATIONERY

Depending on the collection style and finishing touches you have chosen, it can take between 2-4 weeks for us to create your stationery.

RELAX AND ENJOY!

We know that planning a wedding takes a lot of time and so we want to help our clients. This is why we offer a free pre-assemble service on all our orders.
​
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (48 hours) or with a similar courier.
We will send you an email to confirm your order is in the post, as well as your tracking number.
​
Once you receive your stationery it's time to send them on to your guests, relax and enjoy!
