My name is Charlene and I am the Scottish Stationer at Wild Mountain Thyme. Following our return home to Scotland, after the birth of our son, I decided it was time to follow my dreams and start my own wedding stationery business. It gives me great joy to create elegant and timeless stationery with a refined Scottish twist!

​I first came across the technique of hand embossing back in 2017 when I was searching for our own wedding stationery. I found the process not only magical, watching the fine powder turn into a beautiful raised image, but also therapeutic. After realising that I couldn't find the classic, elegant and timeless stationery,
that would set the tone for our romantic Scottish castle wedding, I decided to create my own. This is when the first idea of Wild Mountain Thyme was born.

At Wild Mountain Thyme our focus is on creating elegant, classic and romantic wedding stationery. We are based at our home studio in Bieldside, Aberdeen overlooking the magnificent views of Royal Deeside. Much of our surrounding area gives inspiration to our house collections. Once our pieces are returned from our premium printers, we apply those special finishing touches and each piece is carefully assembled. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do - that's why we offer a free assemble service and free postage on all orders. Producing luxury semi-bespoke stationery is what we are all about at Wild Mountain Thyme.
When I'm not in the studio, I can be found chasing our toddler or exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside with my family.
