Where can I find pricing for stationery?

To make it easier for you, we have created stationery packages which can be viewed and booked here. If you would like a different stationery combination, you can also request a personalised quote here.

How do I place an order?

You can order via our website by completing the booking form or by accepting a personalised quote. 
Your order is confirmed once your 50% non-refundable deposit is received.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable desposit is required to secure your booking with us.
If you're still finalising your wedding details but definitely want to work with us, you can secure a space in our diary with a £150 non-refundable advance booking deposit.


What is your current turnaround time?

After your final drafts have been approved, allow up to 4 weeks for production for our semi-bespoke collections and up to 8 weeks for production of our bespoke collection.
The above is subject to your order size and finishing touches but we'll keep you informed throughout.


When should I book my stationery?
 

We offer limited availability each month to ensure every couple receives the attention they deserve. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your production slot.
 

For save the dates and wedding invitations, book your space for at least 2 months before you need them. For on-the-day stationery, book your space for at least 1 month before your wedding day.

Can I request a rush order?

If you need your order within 2 weeks of final draft approval, please let us know when enquiring. If we can accommodate, a £150 non-refundable rush fee will be applied.

 

Can I order a sample?

 

Yes! Our wedding invitation sample box lets you explore our style. The cost is fully refunded if you place a full wedding stationery order. Click here to order yours.


Can I personalise my invitations?

Yes! You can personalise the wording, choose from two paper types, digital ink colours, luxury envelope shades, and finishing touches. Please note, the text layout stays the same to preserve the overall design.

Do you offer bespoke stationery?

Yes! Our bespoke collection includes custom venue illustrations, personalised wax seal monograms, and a wide range of luxury envelope and ribbon colours.

How many invitations should I order?

We recommend counting one invitation per household. Orders are in multiples of 10, with a minimum of 30, so it's best to round up and allow for a few extras - just in case!

Do you assemble the invitations?

Yes, and it's completely free of charge! We pre-assemble your invitations so they're ready to send when they arrive.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free!

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
